Last year, Tesla started putting 250 kW chargers at city malls in Denmark, often quite far from the motorway. They have been a huge success, and some of them have already been expanded to double size because they were congested so often.
The question is if this is just a temporary symptom, caused by too few AC charging options, or if it is the actual endgame we are seeing.

I think Tesla are insane to pick this fight. They will lose in the end, because the conflict will just be expanded until they have no wiggle room left.

The unions will always be the bullies in cases like this. But that is how this system is supposed to work.
And it works quite well, both for employees and employers. I don’t think many employers in Denmark or Sweden would prefer not having unions and CBAs.

I fail to see why Transportstyrelsen would have any motivation to appeal the court’s decision. They have no stakes in this game.
They are sending them through a service that is knowingly refusing to deliver them.

They will never have any success suing Postnord for their (employees’) actions during a work conflict. Not here in Scandinavia, where work conflicts are an accepted part of the game.
But perhaps the government or the plate manufacturer can be legally forced to try to work around the force majeure situation caused by this conflict, so the plates must be shipped through alternative channels. Perhaps.

Tesla has more or less saturated the market segment for Model 3 and Y. To continue expanding their production, they have lowered the prices of those two models so they have a lower profit per vehicle than they used to.

If a charger is congested, they will want as few slow charging cars as possible, so they can sell more kWh. I bet your car is extremely slow charging. Does it even have DC charging?

Yes, people do not realize the diminishing returns of charging speed.
Going from 50 kW to 100 kW is a huge improvement, which can save you hours on a road trip.
Another doubling, going from 100 kW to 200 kW is nice, but not really life changing.
Another doubling, going from 200 kW to 400 kW is “Okay, I saved 5 minutes, but that just means that I couldn’t finish my coffee.”.
