depends on what it DOESN’T cover… in any case, for that engine/age/mileage, I personally wouldn’t bother, it should be pretty reliable/safe as is.
Unless of course its got signs of being abused by some wannabe racer… in which case though I’d just plain walk away period.
definitely would try a heatgun and some manual manipulation. I believe the back of that indented section is hollow, so should be easy enough to work with some wider piece of metal a bit at a time.
