    The Swedish view is it’s not the government postal system striking, it’s the postal union striking against a single target. To me that’s simply a word game of no difference

    One is a decision taken by the management. The other is a decision taken by the workers, who choose to ignore their orders from the management.

    That is a fundamental difference, not just a word game.
