Just changed my oil again last week after 5K miles and used Castrol Edge Euro which exceeds BMW specs, it’s not a lot cheaper than BMW oil, but saved a few bucks

Flipping the tires on the wheels were $25 per wheel. I didn’t buy the Nittos’ from them, found them online for cheaper
Just go to Discount Tire. They’ll install pretty much anything. They may make you sign a waiver - they did that when I asked them to flip the NT01’s on my track wheels for the F80 - but will definitely mount, balance and install for you
You won’t feel anything because the ECU will realize you’re not running good gas and pull timing to keep you from detonating your motor

Have you driven a 330i? It was night and day when I got one as a loaner and stepped back into the F80. If What you’re saying is true, then there’s something wrong.
Even before I put a piggyback on the M340i, it was also night and day compared to a 330i, and now the car pulls as hard - if not harder - than either of the F80’s I owned
Not exact the same situation, but when I swapped the RF’s for PS4S’ I had no idea that the dealer had installed wheel keys on the car so when Discount Tire pulled it in to swap tires, they quickly came out and asked where the key was.
I was like, fuck, I didn’t know that it had those installed and had no where the key may be knowing I didn’t see it in the glove box when I took possession.
Fortunately it - along with the 4 original wheel bolts - was under the truck floor in the storage cubby.
Was a whew moment for sure. Sorry for your issue OP, people should not install key locks IMO
