without being too much of a downer
I think this tends to grate on a lot of Reddit-like audiences. A lot of people seem weirdly hostile to anybody who expresses optimism in political topics.

Only as a cudgel against EVs. As a long time Prius fan and fan of hybrids in general, I remember how vehemently they hated it until they needed something to counter the EV wave.
If it weren’t for fuel economy regulations by the nagging government most families would buy Corvettes instead of Grand Highlander hybrids smh.
Tundras just had the best Q2/Q3 in many years tho
Yeah they had a nasty wastegate issue that was supposedly just faulty design/manufacturing so in theory it’s fixed. Trust will take time to build.
But why? It’ll take a lot of development given the car doesn’t come with that engine or any manual, and in the end it’s still the Camry platform. It’ll be torque steer city.
Based on which great fighter jet imagery? The latest Gripen E is an old man shouting about how great it can be as all other major fighter jet making nations shift to the next generation.
^ Clearly didn’t read the article
Literally none of those are necessary unless you want a specific usecase that uses them all. Like using it as a desktop PC, in which case yeah no shit buying a literal desktop PC is cheaper.
The laptop based desktop chips exist they are literally a thing and have been for a while. Both AMD and Intel have not seen high demand for those. Also even if that wasn’t the case, your argument is not really an argument at all since it can just be used to justify literally anything that hasn’t been tried.
There is very little demand for a powerful iGPU desktop chip, so the ones that exist are derivatives of laptop chips and thus monolithic. So far there has not been a stacked cache monolithic die chip.
They can last multiple days if you turn off the AOD.
It is fundamentally and literally impossible for a single creator to do multiple concurrent long term reviews. You have to rely on different owners for different cars you are interested in, and in the case of Youtube, that is not too difficult since you can search the model and ‘long term review’ to find a lot of amateurs giving their input. But as others have said, this is one of those topics that online forums do a better job.
Makes sense. Thanks for that!

I have no idea why this is important or really what it even is but Apple had a pretty video about it in their WWDC catalog so I guess it’s a trend now.
Porsche had an iconic thing going with the circular headlights, I am just lost for words why they want to make the big 4 dots thing their new identity.
And you didn’t even mention the Rogue. Super spacey and incredible fuel economy for a nonhybrid.
At this point it just refers to ‘next generations after 2nm’. Not only does the process obviously not exist, they haven’t decided on what transistor structure to use either whether GAAFET or a successor.
From the article it looks like nothing is being moved really. There is a general architecture that is Zen 5c but both TSMC and Samsung variants will be different designs developed independently.
Cool stuff. As an outsider, AWS naming always throws me for a loop tho haha.
