When driving in city/commute. Are you using the start/stop for the engine to stall when you are stopping or you always disable it. Some mechanics are telling me it could cause problems to leave it enabled.

I leave it on. sure I find it annoying sometimes matter of fact often I find myself playing games to keep it from turning off especially when I’m pulling out of the neighborhood and need to stop and look I just let the car keep rolling so It doesn’t go through an on-off cycle but at lights it’s useful it’s quiet the car doesn’t need to be running.
The situation you described is exactly why you are given the option to turn it off and on. So you don’t have to cycle the engine for a half a second stop. Keep it on, but turn it off for those super short stops.
