In Texas, if you have a contract with the state or a school district, you have to sign a contract where you agree not to “boycott israel” whatever that means. So I guess if one was to “boycott israel” while taking money from the state of Texas, that could be considered an illegal boycott.

Fun fact: The Nuclear Energy Commission has several ideas on what to do with nuclear waste. Well before The Elder Scrolls: Arena came out, they floated an idea to bury the waste in remote locales, but they couldn’t figure out how to mark it in such a way that would transcend language, since the waste will still be deadly several hundred times longer than any human civilization has managed to last.
