Well it’s quite simple. Walk into any Co-Op service that isn’t one of their Supermarkets, press record on a device and ask them if they are using AI and can they refrain from using it throughout any part of the services you wish you employ.
If they can’t guarantee it, walk out. If they say they will not, you have it verbally from a member of their staff.
Also check that in the eventuality that your data does end up being used by AI, you want the right to have an independent outside legal team verify that all data and any tangential data created from the improperly inputted original data must be completely removed.
