1 year agoIt’s just basic physics. If something strikes you at/above your center of mass, you’re going to fall “forward” instead of “backward”.
I wish those crash test clips stood the doll up perpendicular to the vehicle, to better simulate a person walking in a crosswalk and then getting hit in the side. It wouldn’t really change anything, but just generally speaking I imagine it’d be more accurate.
