Can confirm. There just aren’t enough windy unpopulated roads around.

Lighter interiors are nice, I agree. Not that I have one either.
Yes, you’ll regret selling the E46.
The survey asked nothing about how happy we were about paying the dealer markups
Nooooo. Don’t need to capture my shenanigans on film.
You are so right, based on the ridiculous arguments here. So many “I like to work on my car” but “I’m afraid of center locks” comments. Or my new fav, “shop professionals hate them.” And???
I don’t jack up my car and fiddle with stuff, so no bother to me. And not sure why centerlocks would spark fear for an enthusiast who likes working on their car.
And for those of us not swapping tires at a track each week, how often do we really need to remove the wheels? For me, it’s somewhere between next to never and never.
Probably two levels above
Who cares? Let insurance do its thing.
I have no idea why you’d buy the stripped down version and then spec it to the max. Just get an S or GTS in that case. The dumb thing about this is that even for those purists who want cheap seats and plastic dash, it is certainly not cheap.
Some of us want a 911 more than those cars. Especially more than the British ones.
Looks like this is Apple only? C’mon, Porsche!!
After spending tens of minutes researching for my own car, I’ve decided:
That’s it. Don’t plan to move it. No cover. I’ll hose the dust off next spring. I thought the advice here made sense: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjXCO5rpJ-g
Many of the options are so absurd that no other car maker would dare to offer them.
Almost all sports cars can do one thing better than a Porsche. But they can’t do all things better than a Porsche.
992 GTS, of course.
My old, cheap beater is solid as a rock. It’s the expensive weekend car rattles that disturb me.
Do you need a 4k back-up camera? I just wanna see if I’m gonna hit something. I’d much rather have the money spent on smarter proximity sensors that only go nuts when they should go nuts, not when parking in my garage 3 feet from the wall.
