“Which is super unfortunate for the sucker who traded a BMW in for a Honda”
There is no guarantee that happened, the dealer could have bought the car at auction or any number of things besides a direct trade in.

If that FT-Se even comes out in the next decade, which I doubt finding one especially for MSRP will be impossible. Every Toyota dealership will treat it like an exotic and attach huge markups to it like they do with every one of their desirable cars.
So the message here is to wait 3+ years to get bent over at the dealership by markups if you ever want to drive a decently priced EV sports car, doubly so if you want a 2 door…
Yea there is literally 0 chance they hold the car for 5+ months, even if theoretically possible there is less than 0 % chance they would store the car inside for you meaning it would sit outside all winter anyway.
Thanks bro! That looks soooo clean with the front, goes incredibly well with the black 826’s. Enjoy!!!
Whats funny is pretty much every other car I’ve had besides these cars has been black (with 1-2 silver/grey). The red Supra (I wanted one so bad I would of taken any color) was like my gateway drug to more hardcore colors lmao.
And yea I agree, it even makes it feel more exotic to drive.
Yea this is a 3.0, its easier to see with a side pic. The 2.0 has a smaller different wheels and brakes, also different finish on side mirrors + exhaust. and hell yea bro, driving with the top down must feel amazing!
Hell yea bro! Plus it highlights our carbon roofs!
Bro absolutely stunning, I’m sure that thing is a blast to drive!
Sunset is beautiful. Yea you made the right call 100x over.
Also I have a few airtags, their batterys only last about 6 months at that, you’d need to do that whole thing every few months to replace the batterys as well.
So 215 mile range for $60k+ once you add dealer fees and all that?
Such a fail.
So unfortunately timing chains on BMWs are getting harder and harder to do. For the B/S58 they moved all the vanos hardware to the back so if you need to do a timing chain its an engine out service. I would say this is a lot for that year X3 but for a modern car this isn’t out of the world price wise considering how much labor it is just to get to the chain, maybe they are going off that and quoting you what it would cost for a much newer car.
I’ve worked as an SA at a BMW dealership. The only thing I can say is if you get the manual please respect the hell out of that clutch. The amount of people I’ve seen come in with 5-10k miles with clutches in tatters is astounding.
Have you tried calling around yet to find an allocation? In my area M3’s are back ordered for a few allocations meaning those will need to be filled or that customer to back out before you can order one. I actually went for M4 Comp because M3 would of likely taken an extra 6+ months at least, if not longer.
Is there any way to prevent the update? Can I just not install it. Weridly my M4 Comp got an update like last week but it wasn’t idrive 8.5, it just updated it from the March build to the July one but im still somehow on idrive 8.
