Normally try to keep suggestions to a minimum but since the rear pipe is only tacked, have you considered matching the “down” angle of the rear pipe to the same angle as the front pipe? Then it will have some symmetry. Just a thought. Feel free to tell me to F off.

It looks good as is, but since you asked if do two things:

1. stand the sissy up a little bit
2. either shorter seat springs combined with a new pivot bracket that lowers the front OR a new seat entirely that doesn’t pivot.

Looks righteous man! Super stoked you built this in one of my jigs.

Put a magneto on it and lose the battery entirely!

I’ve done this a few times. The pull type master cylinders can get expensive (i think they’re 1500 bucks new) but you can find them on ebay.
