My work in progress, going for late 60s traditional chopper/bobber look. Any ideas on what to change maybe?

It looks good as is, but since you asked if do two things:

stand the sissy up a little bit

either shorter seat springs combined with a new pivot bracket that lowers the front OR a new seat entirely that doesn’t pivot.
