thinking i’ll use the existing exhaust bracket for my master cylinder bracket. and bend a brake rod to my pedal. i plan on just drilling through my kicker cover to mount my pegs and pedal. it seems solid/sturdy.
any better ideas?

not bad just figuring out mid controls is the problem
I’ve done this a few times. The pull type master cylinders can get expensive (i think they’re 1500 bucks new) but you can find them on ebay.

I also can cut down that kicker cover for you and make it less ugly. Also I have a batch of sportster magnetos being available soon.
