I called the garage and he’s going to ensure that the mechanic did a compression test before they start doing any work. I’ll be reminding my girlfriend to gun it occasionally to remove the buildup from now on.

If Carbon build up is the issue, how would I resolve that? Just by driving it hard for a bit like fickle_finger?
