Put my 500 down in march and supra is still not here. Getting inpatient, any tips?

    Supras are very low volume cars, usually dealers only get allocated a few for the whole year.

    If they don’t have one on the lot, enjoy the wait.

    Toyota supply chain dude here.

    Honestly, you need to just go to another dealer that has one that you want. There is no “order” the dealer can do, they are just waiting until they have one allocated. And even then, they won’t be able to choose the config.

    Do they ever reach out to stay in contact? Do you know how many people are on the list ahead of you? When it does come in, will you pay msrp or will there be a markup?

    We had one 3.0 Premium MT, Black.

    Showed up end of August, shipped end of October to it’s new owner in a different province.

    The Supra is low volume, ones with manual transmissions are even lower volume.
