What are GM and Ford selling right now that consumers want? I can literally only think of the Mustang Mach E and it’s not terribly competitive. GM dipped their toe in the water with their platform by starting with the ridiculous Hummer and a Cadillac people like but is too expensive for most consumers to afford.

So they make a half assed attempt and blame the market? Reminds me of US automaker attempts to “newt” Toyota and Honda at small cars.
