    is it not possible to do what computers motherboards do were you store like 2 copies of the bios, and so if you update the bios and it fails you can flip a switch and change to the backup bios and use that in the mean time while waiting for the fix

      And should have a dead man switch so if a heart beat isn’t seen, it reverts to its previous firmware. The fact that it can’t do that could mean that their OTA update process wasn’t ready for deployment. It was probably an incident waiting to happen. Good thing it only affected the infotainment, which also includes the full dashboard. Does the app still work? Can you see/adjust the charge through that? Not knowing the charge level could be stressful.
