Are we counting Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Ceausescu, North Korean and Ethiopian ones as Conservatives as well?

Yes. Every named person on your list was famously very socially conservative. None of those people were progressive (the opposite of conservative). In fact, each of them pretty specifically called out progressives in their respective countries as the enemy of the people and targeted progressives to be imprisoned snd murdered. Their behavior rhymes perfectly with that of modern conservatives.

If you don’t look thru a modern lens, Mao’s cultural revolution seems rather progressive in many ways. Same can be argued about some of the other names.

Simply untrue. Even by their contemporary standards, they identified as and appealed heavily to the most conservative members of their populations. In fact, throughout history, these countries’ most conservative citizens have always been the only ones to defend them.

He literally dismantled the traditional social structures. Was a radical left-wing leader. But somehow, you want to pretend he was a conservative?

Just because he didn’t advocate for unlimited genders, he was a conservative! Lol.
