I know people want to blame the cops as quickly as possible, and that’s a fair conclusion to jump to, but there’s an alternative:
Hypothetically speaking, a right wing shooter upset over Kirk’s reversal on the Epstein documents, could put false messages on the ammo to throw off suspicion for as long as possible.
