Ahead of a federal hearing over Harvard University’s ability to enroll international students, the acting director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued a letter Thursday giving the school 30 days to challenge the administration’s revocation of that certification.

The letter formally notifies the school that its Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification would be withdrawn – but backtracks from the administration’s earlier stance by giving Harvard 30 days to achieve compliance.

OK, so Harvard has 30 days to comply with the previous illegal order? If they don’t, Trump will still go ahead with the new illegal order, on top of the previous illegal order!

Trump just wants to punish anybody who doesn’t comply with whatever bullshit he throws at them. He doesn’t give a shit about it being illegal or the damage he is doing. Because it’s all about Trumps ego.

This is not TACO, this is Trump destroying everything and everybody who opposes him. While trying to make it look like he is being reasonable, when in fact he is ruthless, and is using straight up gangster methods, in every decision he has made since he became president.

USA is being led by a criminal gang leader.

Part of Harvard’s complaint is that the government isn’t following proper procedures that require things like “reasonable notice”. I suspect this may be an attempt to remove that argument.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Trump suggested that Harvard should cap the number of international students to 15% of the school’s total student body.

What’s the current percentage? Is it determined by merit or a preset cap?
