I had to do F when MRI scanning, and that felt like A TORTURE, laying still like a statue for 40 mins, after that long my mind started fucking with me thinking i was moving one direction, to counteract the non existent movement i went other direction, and then i would question my life choices when the guy controlling the MRI tells me I moved and has to redo the imaging. 😭
A, reverse A, A, reverse A, etc
A until my arm is good and dead
Used to love stomach-sleeping. Then got severe nerve damage in my shoulder and neck. Now H all day every day
Thanks for the inspo, I really ought to stop.
Well the nerve damage was unrelated if it helps lol.
C, I call it the Jethro Tull.
Where is Saddam Hussein?
Dead, they hanged him
I didnt even know he was sick
We wouldn’t expect you too, it was an accute case of neckchokarea. He only came down with it moments before it took him.
G but on my left shoulder
G but the blanket somehow wraps around me like D.
That’s why I personally use a Möbius blanket. That’s a manifold that doesn’t fold 😎
Like a dead Yamcha for sure.
C, but face-down.
Yeah, same for me but D.
face down work well for the D
Hello neck pain
Yeah, it hasn’t bit me yet, but I know it will. Sometimes I feel like it’s the only way I can fall asleep, though :c
It’s just a habit that can be changed though :) I also used to sleep on my stomach, since I was a kid. But started waking up with such horrendous neck pain.
The way i sleep is so specific now. Feels like I have perfected it. I love doing a version of A, where I have a pillow between my knees, and another to hug. I make sure that my pillow really supports the neck by kind of propping it up a bit and pushing it into the neck. I roll my shoulder forward so that I get more flat and as much of my torso as possible is touching the mattress, and keep that arm straight in front of me. If I can lie down on the floor in that position I know I’m in the “right”, comfortable position. I usually prop my e-book up against another pillow and read until I fall asleep. Journaling, and the cognitive shuffle sleep method is also great to combat racing thoughts.
How do you breathe
Strategic use of pillows to create an air gap.
G but it hurts my lumbar
That’s why you gotta get one of those side sleeper pillows (I’ve got one without a waifu, but to each their own). That shit is straight up magic.
G all the way
A to D to H to B to C to G to F to E. All in about 5 minutes. Repeat until alarm.
G
Alternative appearance would be the vice city era gta death animation. Spasm and all
