    And his supporters will still vote him. Even Elon has been saying that if Trump wins, there will be a “temporary” financial crisis. The thing is, “temporary” can mean months or years depending on your scale. But we know financial crises don’t last for a week or two.

      he means that Trump and his billionaire friends (including Elon) will make lots of money while common folks suffer but that is all worth it because they will make M’uricah great again

      I wonder how long it will be until the Trump vs Musk power struggle. My guess is early summer.

      Hopefully, he strokes out before the EC casts their votes in December. If that happens, we can end up with a Harris/Vance administration.

          Yeah, I was a little off on the timeline… If he strokes out after the EC casts their votes, but before they are counted in the House, then Vance will be properly elected to the vice presidency, but the House is required to immediately vote on the Presidency. They only get to select from the top three EC vote winners. With Harris being the only candidate to win any EC votes for president, the House is constitutionally required to elect her. Harris/Vance.

          If I were a Republican, I’d table-flip that outcome, but theoretically…
