Ukraine carried out one of the largest-ever drone attacks against Moscow on Wednesday, as Kyiv continues to launch counter-offensives on Russian soil.
Russia’s Defense Ministry said it destroyed 45 Ukrainian drones overnight, of which 11 were over Moscow, according to a Google-translated update on Telegram.
Wtf is this victim-blaming, CNBC?
Moscow peace demands have always been the demilitarization and puppeting of the entirety of Ukraine. You’re spreading misinformation by saying that Russia only wants the 5 oblasts they have officially annexed (why the fuck did they ignore Crimea). Russia wants all of Ukraine.
Claiming that Ukraine has pushed themselves farther from peace with Kursk is scientifically wrong and also sounds like victim-blaming.
It’s definite victim-blaming and it’s disgusting.
How dare Ukraine not roll over and accept their losses! By fighting back they’ve just forced Russia to keep the war going until they surrender! Learn! To! Submit!
Ridiculously bad analysis anyway. I’m not a military strategist, but historically I would say “losing territory” and “attacks on the capital” are exactly the things that drive a country to the negotiation table, along with “having your oil-based economy fucked up” which Ukraine has also been doing. Damn, it’s almost like Ukraine is trying to force Russia to negotiate by causing damage and taking things from them which they could then use in the negotiation.
It’s very badly written with typos too.
