“Hyundai Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs, which are independent contractors of Hyundai Motor America.”
Threaten a negative survey, file a complaint with your state attorney general, ask your DMV to step in, have a lawyer send a letter, etc. Multiple escalation routes that you could take.
