CATL is on track for 670 GWh annual capacity by 2025. Their latest 5C battery achieves 552 kW peak charging.
Meanwhile, CATL: in 2030, we’ll make enough structural batteries with over 500 Wh/kg density to power every new car, truck, boat and plane on the planet.
Writing this article without mentioning the EQXX (or the EQS, Ioniq 6, Model S, Lucid Air, hell even the NIO ET7, Xpeng P5 or Li Mega) … smh.
Nice for Audi that they have a weird aerodynamic prototype as well, but they mainly sell SUV EVs.
