Your radiator is leaking, the hose looks fine.
Either at the connection or where the top part connects to the rest of the radiator.

Let the oil run down the bottom of the oil pan, then do a reading.
It’s not that difficult to understand.
Some oils are thicker, engines are different.

Please change your oil.
How many miles ago did you change it, looks very dark.
