3·16 days agoHi Claire!! That intro post was me haha
Ace gang 😎 I’m somewhere between aro-ace and demi myself
I used to love Mythbusters (and How It’s Made) growing up too!
Math is magic. I majored in MechE and then physics in college- didn’t end up being for me but I still miss the math classes and wish I had any reason to use calculus still…
That YouTube channel sounds really cool, I’ll definitely check it out.
Anyway it’s great to meet you 🩵🩷🤍

Also here’s my sweet boy Max

I’m not familiar with the Code keyboard but looking at it it’s a compact 100% with some preprogrammed macros and layout options?
Take a look at the qwertykeys Neo line. I have a few friends who’ve built Neo boards at my recommendation and they’ve all loved them.
Almost every custom board these days runs QMK firmware which supports full remapping, layering, macros, etc., so you can adjust things to exactly how you like. Any QMK board can also be flashed to support VIA/Vial which gives you a nice UI for customizing layouts.
I’m also partial to electrocapacitive boards like the HHKB but they can’t be remapped without a replacement PCB and the typing experience is a bit of acquired taste.
Hope that helps :)
Not to derail a serious conversation but what is that GIF from? Looks cool
