I agree. I must be in the minority too. I never liked the F87s homogenous design or its proportions and its interior always felt like a class below what you pay for. I fell in love with the G42 when it came out so this post is probably not for me. I loved the G42s long hood, aggressive styling, wide fenders. Plus the interior was easily a class or two above the F87. It also doesn’t look like anything else on the road. The G87 only built on all those strengths. It’s a baby M4 and truly feels purpose-built and special. I’ve taken her to a few cars and coffees now and people swoon over it. I respect the F87 for what it is and why people like them. But I’m glad it’s all grown up now.
