Do you know how to check for spark?
Do you know how to check for spark?
Is there any chance it’s coming from the engine compartment?
Most important thing is the ball joints. Needs a second opinion on the control arm.
Yes, it’s going to run different though.
You don’t need 4 sensors. It’s not possible all of them died at once. This is an electrical issue. I would start with checking the oxygen sensors fuses.
You actually want neither. Flushes can cause issues (although uncommon).
What you want is a transmission fluid change. You also need to be on top of your synthetic oil changes to try to make it prevent the Huyndai 4 cylinder failures.
To make matters worse, these engines have a fatal flaw that requires a $5000 repair. Try to sell it after the repair.
Drain and fill the transmissions once per year.
With full synthetic, once a year is perfectly fine.
Is there any chance the front wheels were stuck in a pothole or a drop in the pavement?
If not there is probably an issue starting in the input drum/clutch. If it gets worse, use Lucas transmission fix and drive it until it drops.
They’re most likely referring to a valve adjustment, which is slightly laborious.
Regardless of if the price is right, bringing a 2009 to the dealer is not a great choice.
When you get back home after a drive and the engine is fully warmed up, open the hood and look for traces of white smoke/steam. That’s a sign that oil is burning off the exhaust.
