It’s actually more like 25 percent and only if you include hybrids. Full BEV is around 16 to 17 percent in western Europe.
To be fair the Rivian costs about double as much it would be embarrassing if it weren’t better.
If you look at the whole list, there are many BMW and VW who make the top bottom in later years.
