I mean I don’t like Musk either and I still have this Tesla. Sure, I’d make myself feel a tad better driving something else but anything better is substantially more expensive and is a bit less convenient to own.
Ask yourself the same question with Bezos and Amazon (though Bezos isn’t nearly as batshit crazy)
Have Tesla Insurance, haven’t had to make a claim yet but have enjoyed paying less than half the rate of what all the competitors have quoted me. Figured saving thousands on coverage over time outweighs a shitty claims experience that’s only “potentially” marginally worse than competitors.
After maxed out contributions and tax, a little under 9k a month. Live in Loudoun county, Virginia where the median HHI is 150k. A lot of people around here drive Model Ys. I think almost every temp tag in my neighborhood in the last two years has been on a Tesla
