That sounds about right. My friend had a M6 and for the 2 years he owned it, it was at the dealership most of the time. This was back in 2011, luckily it was a CPO, he sold it before the warranty was over. It only had 25k miles when he sold it.

I just sold my 2021 M340i because I’m starting to have electrical problems. Mostly due to the parking sensors, it keeps turning off the collision warning.
Personally I think all the 718 models with the 4 cylinder turbo will keep dropping, I would wait.
Once a year for brake fluid seems a little excessive, I barely use my brakes when I drive my i4.
