Love and respect the hell out of that car, but I don’t think I could ever own one.

The interior is really pretty dated now. Not many creature comforts at all in the early (more affordable) ones. Basically every car has been tuned into a monster and back to sell.

I just don’t ever see it making sense, and this is coming from a guy that just bought an old 911.

My dad commuted from Santa Cruz to Silicon Valley (about 50mi one way) in his '83 911 SC Cab every day when I was young.

I see you’re in the Bay area, I have full faith a modern 911 can do the same.

Having just bought a 911 towards the top of the hype, I fully expect to lose quite a bit of value over the next few years. I’ve accepted my fate.

Imo number of owners, especially with Porsche, matters a lot less than people put stock into.

If the condition of the car what you want to see, and it’s been checked by a reputable mechanic, you’re good.
