Can see your rotor is ground down. Likely from zero brake pad remaining. Now whether it’s just worn out or one side is seized is another story. Check the pad wear on both sides. If similar, then probably just worn pads. But you will likely be replacing pads and rotors at minimum.
Napa has always treated me well with warranty issues.
Well… if it spins up without exploding… you’re probably ok for a few miles. But it’s probably going to detonate eventually.
It looks like someone has dropped a drain plug washer down the spark plug tube.

Fluids probably only 15-25% mark up. Hard parts 50-90% mark up. Remember, you need to factor in future warranty issues as you will be the one eating the cost. So don’t hesitate to charge accordingly on every job. If they balk at your pricing, then maybe you weren’t the right shop for the client. Stand up for yourself and the trade💪🏻.
You could probably do everything by yourself. Probably the most challenging would be the brake fluid flush.

Rotor when braking and wheel balance at speed.
So you connect a empty pen tube to the air chuck, then load the tube with a valve core. Aim at coworker and pull trigger. Totally don’t recommend doing that.
