Not sure why you’d want that, the pedal feel doesn’t really add much of anything on track. Do you just want it for the sake of being manual? If anything you should be putting towards good rubber and suspension that’s the real difference maker on track if your doing a scratch build, maybe it’s just me but in my all my years of HPDE I’ve never thought I needed manual brakes.
ECUS, Turbos, just engine performance tech overall. I mean shit my ZL1 compared to 5th gen. Once my TB and blower come back from being ported I’ll probably be sitting at around 750whp, whereas you’d have to completely swap the blower in a 5th gen to get there
I’ve got a shitty subaru I’m used to it, they come and go with the seasons, sometimes in a different squeaky tune.
It really makes zero difference on mpg, I get 11-15 city and like 20-22 tops on the highway
Agreed the 10L80 in my ZL1 is clunky as hell especially when the trans is cold on a cool day. It will genuinely hold gears for over a second at times and the downshifts sometimes feel like your going to headbutt the steering wheel. Not to mention my mpg is already shit so it really doesn’t benefit much at all. Best experience auto wise ive had were DCT eight and seven speeds by a long shot.
Only real feasible option if you really want to admit it.
