If I had to guess it’s going to vary wildly by service center. Some have EV techs, some rely on techs that serve a region.

Acceleration, cool tech, no gas. All in equal parts. I’d not have bought it if any one of them was missing.
We actually really liked the ride and experience. But, if it had 1/2 the buttons it has, would you think “it needs more?”
I drove a Genesis GV60 yesterday… You would LOVE it… SO MANY BUTTONS. I don’t know how many it needed, but there were 2x as many as needed.
They generally don’t have them because of the drag. I have a Tesla roof rack on my S. So far I’ve only used it for Christmas trees every year. 🌲
My wife took 5 minutes to figure out how to put an ICE BMW we were looking at in drive. Her learning curve for the Tesla was much shorter.
I can’t explain why it blows warm air with the heat off, but if you need heat heat it needs to make some. Some cars are very inefficient in doing so (older Teslas for example) some use a heat pump and are much more efficient.
Using the seat heater is more efficient.
Also batteries aren’t as efficient in cold weather either so your range will be decreased.
