If it’s a weekend or 2nd car, get the F80.

The looks don’t phase me too much, but hot damn did this car put on pounds between generations. It’s almost 200 kilograms heavier than the non comp F87.
Kind of goes against the whole small, checkable fun sports coupe mentality and outs the G87 well into the Grand Tourer category.
I had a GT86 before I bought my current M240i and I really miss the online community that the GT86/BRZ had. There was so much discussion and proven advice you could look up
It’s almost tempting me to sell my BMW and go back toa Japanese performance / sports car.
Toyota GT86 looked worse after the 2015 facelift while thr BRZ looked better after theirs.
370Z’s 2012 facelift made it look a lot more refined imo.
