Rounded off during a six month period since May 2023, the car has cost us approximately $300 in additional electrical usage. The same period for his previous ICE vehicle (2017 Kia Sorento) would have averaged out to about $700. And he is basing this on the lower end of gasoline costs during that period here in southeastern PA, around $3.50 a gallon.
