I drop an hour is a very low rate.
Check the stick at every fuel up or bathroom break.
At that rate, I doubt you will see much difference on the first stop.
Look at and add if needed and notice at what rate the loss is, like at what point is it 1/4 of a quart low. Once you figure out the rate by driving it and checking it, make note of how many miles or tanks of gas you took. Then watch that it does not increase. If it starts to increase, you will have to stop and check more often and top off more often. But at one drop an hour, I do not think you will have a big problem.
That one looks like it has cupping wear on the left hand side due to alignment issues.
I would say, it’s ok to run, but only on the rears.
If you didn’t resurface or replace the discs, then that was a mistake.
If you are using a high mileage hard compound brake pad on glazed discs, they will squeak every time.
