I don’t know much about winter tires but I got a really good on Facebook marketplace. I see one side is a bit smooth tho. Is it good enough to use or should I pass?

That one looks like it has cupping wear on the left hand side due to alignment issues.
I would say, it’s ok to run, but only on the rears.
