Hate to break it to the OP, but keeping myself cleanly shaved has helped a lot with keeping it off the face. I still get it occasionally on my sternum like you.
Me too, but it hides under my beard so it’s not really visible anyway. It does occasionally itch, but not too bad. I like my beard more than I hate the dermatitis.
