The US consistently attempts to confuse the world about its intentions and what’s going to happen, indicated by its history of appearing diplomatic before bringing out the dagger from behind their back and stabbing the other party. Elon Musk’s Twitter deal was another example of contradictory behavior and narratives, where the deal was supposed to go through, then apparently the deal fell through with prospects “not looking good” for the buyout, and then the deal is rammed through and happens anyway. You can tell what’s going to happen by understanding that what is worst for the working class will be the final outcome, and all the back-and-forth is just nonsense designed to confuse people and have them let down their guard. The US will never approach China (or any other country) in good faith until their hegemony is irreversibly destroyed, and the nation’s ruling class government (capitalism) is irreversibly replaced by the working class government (socialism).
