Psychiatrist has all but diagnosed me with the latter. She finishes up tomorrow and will start me on meds. Idk if that’s the whole story but I’ve been like this my whole life so I guess I’ll try.

I have over time lost all ability to stay up late. I usually go to bed around 8, I’m nearly dead staying up this late.
So am I tbh. I used to do all nighters all the time at uni. Tonight I know I will need two days to recover.
