That’s not likely as long as GOP runs the house. Biden and the Democratic party have been pretty lock step in providing aid.

It did not. It allowed Israel to make a purchase with money Israel has that Congress would have approved anyway a little faster.

he should. make the supreme court stop him. make the senate remove him. once he abolishes a department, or takes the money and spends it, or whatever, there is no real recourse.
