Edit: Norway has given 1.6% of gheir GDP in aid, US, 0.3%. So, Norway has given 6-7 times more per capita (as they have a larger gdp per capita). The US is actually way down the list in aid per capita.
Depends what happens to european aid… and even though the EU, together, has given more than the US, that doesn’t mean the US is not a significant contributor. I really hope they get their shit together because Ukraine needs all the help they can get.
