I hear a lot about the various EVs on the market and their drivetrain/software/ride quality but I rarely hear about the quality of service that comes post-purchase. Perhaps because it’s not an exciting topic.
Which brand would y’all say has the best or worst reputation in the regard? How would you say Chevy compares to Tesla or Hyundai?

Chevy Bolt 2020. Took in for warranty repair and screw in one of the tires. Service tech said I needed two new tires to the tune of $750, as they don’t plug them. I did a Google search and found the service bulletin on how they do in fact plug these tires. Needless to say, I told them to pound sand, and will not take it back to them. Got another shop to plug the tire. I can buy 4 brand new tire for <$ 800. I was so pissed they I know they pull this shit on people who don’t know any better.
Also had the A/C compressor go out, and it took them a week to get the part to fix the car. Most dealers only have one EV tech, so they have a full load of work.
Have only had one Tesla remote service for installing home link. So far so good. Except the tech didn’t lock my car or tell me they were done with the work. Came out after work to an unlocked car.
