I hear a lot about the various EVs on the market and their drivetrain/software/ride quality but I rarely hear about the quality of service that comes post-purchase. Perhaps because it’s not an exciting topic.
Which brand would y’all say has the best or worst reputation in the regard? How would you say Chevy compares to Tesla or Hyundai?
In my opinion, Tesla has a leg-up again because of the direct-to-consumer model. My '23 Niro has 600 miles on it and the touchscreen is acting up sometimes, I wanted to bring it in to a Kia dealership to have someone look at it. Next appointment available is mid-december and they would need my car for the whole day without the guarantee of a loaner…
