I just went to oilchangers, yes that’s the actual name of the establishment
They forgot to tell me that I need my car off during the oil change… I drive a 2020 Prius.
They said it was fine as long as it wasn’t spitting oil back out and the car is a hybrid system.
Am I being lied to? This is my first time getting one on my own
If it spun up during there being no oil in the sump, and wasn’t caught immediately, that would be an issue. If this happened and they caught it within ~20 sec I would say you’re probably fine
