I’m riding through a light show where we are supposed to turn the lights off. The keep swapping back into auto.

    If the car is moving the lights are on in all new Mazdas.

    Where are you that you have to turn the lights off in light snow, this makes no sense to me.

      OP said a light show, not light snow. :)

      I’m guessing it’s something like the Magic of Lights, those displays of Christmas lights that get set up in a bunch of cities, where you drive along a set path amid a bunch of different light displays. Ours always has a big sign at the front asking people to turn off their headlights, because sometimes the path means cars will directly face one another and you don’t want cars driving and being unable to see the display or staff around the pathway (even if they’re only crawling at 10km).
